This is the form required by the registry office (Standesamt), the immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) and for citizenship applications. This is exactly the “beglaubigte Übersetzung” German institutions usually ask for.
From Ukrainian and Russian into German — and back

How names will be spelled
By default, names are transliterated according to ISO R9. So that all your papers are consistent, enter the spelling from your passport or residence permit in the «Special spellings» field — we will add it to the translation.

An apostille confirms the authenticity of the document itself and is issued by the country that issued the certificate — not by a translation agency. If your certificate carries an apostille, its translation costs 20 € extra: add the apostille translation to your order.
