Shipping conditions
Translations can be delivered worldwide by e-mail in digital form or by letter or registered mail within Germany.
Shipping costs
The delivery of the translated documents in digital form via e-mail is free of charge for you.
Collection
You are welcome to pick up your translation at our office at Turnerstraße 49, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany, free of charge by prior arrangement.
Mailing
Within Germany, you can also receive your translation by mail. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order for postal shipping.
Registered mail
For the delivery of your documents as registered mail (Einwurf) within Germany we charge a flat rate of 9.50 €.
In the case of registered mail (posting), you have the option of tracking your shipment online and the delivery to your mailbox is documented by the delivery person.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the translation will be processed within 6-10 days.
We will then send the translation to you in the way you prefer.
Please note that the delivery time may vary slightly for postal delivery and there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered several translations within the current turnaround time and wish to have them sent by mail, we will send the translations in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.
Express translation
We additionally offer to process your translation especially fast. You have the choice between the
1. processing within 48 hours
2. processing within 24 hours
Delivery will be made by e-mail within the processing time. Please note that in case of express translation delivery by mail or registered mail, the delivery time by the deliverer must still be taken into account.

For delivery of your documents as registered mail (drop-off), we charge a flat rate of €9.50.
With registered mail (drop-off), you have the possibility to track your shipment online and the delivery to your mailbox will be documented by the courier.

If you have ordered multiple translations within the current processing time and wish to have them shipped, we will send them together in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you.
